When you submit a vehicle enquiry, Zhenwan Auto may collect your name, company, country, business email, WhatsApp number, buyer type, vehicle criteria, quantity, destination, message, Stock ID and the source page. The RFQ record is used to review and respond to that request.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to prepare a sourcing or export response, maintain the enquiry record and communicate about the requested vehicle programme. Contact information submitted through the RFQ is not sold to advertisers and is not included in Meta Pixel or local aggregate analytics events.

Website analytics and advertising technologies

The website uses a lightweight consent control. Necessary storage keeps privacy choices and essential site functions working. If you choose analytics consent, the site may record aggregate page and conversion events without storing names, email addresses, telephone numbers or IP addresses in the local analytics summary. RFQ records are stored in WordPress on the website hosting environment and may generate an email notification to info@zhenwanauto.com. If you continue through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp. Hosting and security services may maintain operational logs needed to provide and protect the website.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained only as needed for commercial follow-up, operational records and applicable legal obligations. Contact info@zhenwanauto.com to ask about personal information associated with an enquiry or to request an appropriate correction or deletion.
